Semi-Independent Living Services, offering intermittent support to individuals with intellectual disabilities to maintain independence in their own homes, including assistance with daily activities, medication management following Tennessee’s Nurse Practice Act, and access to 24/7 emergency assistance, with additional interpreter services available for those with Limited English Proficiency at no extra cost.

Contemporary Community Solution is here to assist many individuals who wish to live in their own homes, offering intermittent or limited support to help them maintain their independence.
Our dedicated professionals provide training and assistance in managing money, grocery shopping, and meal preparation. They also help with personal appearance, hygiene, interpersonal and social skills building, and other activities necessary for individuals with intellectual disabilities to thrive in the community.
Our Semi-Independent Living Services (SILS) include oversight and assistance that allows a person to administer their own medication, following Tennessee’s Nurse Practice Act guidelines.
Individuals receiving Semi-Independent Living support still have access to 24/7 emergency assistance from Support Solutions staff, which sets this residential service apart from Personal Assistance services.
For those who speak languages other than English or have Limited English Proficiency, Support Solutions can coordinate interpreter services at no additional cost.
